Step into Nature's Embrace: Empowerment Hike

For those ready to delve deeper into self-empowerment and connection, our Empowerment Hike combines the power of nature, introspection, and supportive community in one dynamic experience. This gathering is ideal for women seeking to reconnect with nature, set intentions, and engage in personal growth practices while surrounded by community.
Event Flow:
Opening: Set intentions together, followed by a guided meditation to center and ground participants. Activity: Embark on a 1.5-mile round-trip hike, providing moments for reflection and connection. Closing: A calming sound bath and a heart-sharing circle in nature
What to Bring:
- Water bottle and a light snack
- Warm, layered clothing suitable for hiking
- Comfortable shoes or hiking boots
- Small backpack for personal items
- Blanket and yoga mat for the sound bath
- Eye cover, hat, or mask for relaxation
Claudia Melo and Nalani Hernandez-Melo of Botanica Melo are a mother-daughter duo deeply rooted in Mexica medicine and ancestral psychology. They intend to serve and guide the community in restoring the mind, body, and spirit through mindfulness, somatic practices, and ancestral traditions.
